Haematococcus pluvialis<\/em>, a natural algae produces the highest concentrations of astaxanthin in \n nature.<\/br> Commercial production of natural astaxanthin in the quantities needed for use in nutraceutical \n supplements and functional foods is a challenging & extremely technical process.<\/br><\/br>\nCommercially available astaxanthin is in two form- Natural & Synthetic. Synthetic versions of astaxanthin are sometimes also labeled as \u201cnature identical\u201d or \u201cnature equivalent.\u201d However, there is substantial difference between the two.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
